1. Validity of Invoice

The invoice is valid only for the date issued. Please reconfirm the price before making payment if it exceeds 24 hours from the invoice date.

2. Payment Terms

A 70% upfront payment is required before orders can be processed. The remaining 30% balance is due on or before pickup/delivery.

Full payment is required for all express orders before processing.

3. Sketch and Design

Sketches will be sent 3 weeks after receiving the initial payment.

Upon design conclusion and deposit payment, no changes to design and color are allowed

4. Material Sourcing

• Delays may occur while sourcing production materials. In such cases, due notification will be provided.

5. Adjustments and Fittings

Minor adjustments may be necessary after receiving your outfit, as we accommodate allowances for potential alterations.

During virtual consultations, Shadiat Alasooke is not responsible for outfits that may not fit perfectly due to client-provided measurements. We make every effort to assist you in the measurement process to ensure the best fit possible.

For grooms opting for cotton materials, colors may appear slightly darker in a matte finish.

International clients should plan their orders to arrive at least 1 month before their event to allow for any necessary adjustments. We cannot be held liable for last-minute alterations beyond this timeframe.

6. Additional Services

Upon request, we provide the following additional services:

Walking sticks for the groom

Bridal and bridesmaids fans

Dress-up service by a team member (fees depend on location)

Styling mood board at extra cost

Irukere (horsetail)

7. Fittings

Clients are required to book their fitting 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Accurate measurements are required for a seamless fitting.

Keeping an open mind regarding references is appreciated.

Insulting our time, effort, and work will not be tolerated. Clear communication of changes, if necessary, should be made.

Adherence to the given time is expected, and the delivery fee will be borne by the client.
